There are basically two levels of degree programs:
Bachelor Degree
Master Degree

In order to take admission in Bachelor degree program, candidate must have qualified +2 level or any other equivalent examination conducted by a recognized board. Similarly for master degree program, candidate must hold a bachelor degree or an equivalent qualification awarded by a recognized university or council.

Since you have not mentioned much about the Diploma you have done, its very difficult to say whether it will be considered equivalent to 10+2 or Bachelors Degree.
