Sorry To Say But You can't study law without passing class 12th. Minimum qualification to go for a course in law (LLB) is 10+2. Course duration is of 5 years and is sponsored by the Bar Council Of India. Further P.G. Programmes in law (LLM) are of 2 years duration & eligibility is LLB degree. Re: How may I get admission in Law after passing 10th std?
After 10th standard, one is not eligible to get admission to any Law Degree for which one has to complete either 12th or Graduation Degree.
The eligible candidate must be an Indian Citizen having completed 12th with 50% marks in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 20 years, can apply for 5 years LL.B. Degree also called as Integrated Law. The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having completed Graduation with 40% marks in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 30 years, can apply for 3 years LL.B. Degree. Most of the reputed Law School conduct admission through entrance exam like CLAT(Common Law Admission Test) which one one has to crack in order to get admission to Law Degree. |

Re: How may I get admission in Law after passing 10th std?
You can get admission into Law course only after 10+2 and if you are just 10th pass then you have to take admission into 10+2 .
The Law course after 10+2 will be of 5 years duration and you have to appear for an entrance examination for getting admission into a good college. CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) is conducted for Law courses admission into top 14 Law universities of India and you have to get very good marks to get admission into these top colleges. So take admission into any stream in 10+2 and complete it with very good marks so that you don't have any problem in eligibility criteria. One can also join Law course after Graduation in any discipline and the course will be of 3 years duration. The admission will be through CLAT. There are many other universities also which conduct examination for Law course admission and you can apply for them if you are interested in private colleges. For more information visit http://www.clat.ac.in |
