Complete Information On M.Sc. Biotechnology Entrance Exam in JNU

The application forms for the JNU (Jawaharlal Nehru University) M.Sc. entrance exam are already available in the market since 7th February,2012..

The cost of the form for the following students is as follows :-

For general and OBC candidates : Rs 600/-
For SC/ST/PH candidates : Rs 300/-

The draft should be drawn in favor of Jawaharlal Nehru University payable at New Delhi..

The draft should be drawn after 7th February,2012..

The forms shall be available online till 10th March,2012 and the last date for issue of application forms by cash is 21st March,2012..

The last date for receipt of the application forms is 21st March,2012

The exam shall be conducted on May 20,2012 and it will be a 3 hour duration test..

Eligibility Criterion :-

Candidates in the final year of graduation or already graduated in B.Sc. Physical, Biological, Agricultural, Veterinary and Fishery Sciences or 4 years of Physical Assistant Course or MBBS are eligible to appear for the exam..

PartA of the paper will contain questions on Physics,Chemistry, Maths and Biology of 12th level..60 questions carrying +1 each and for every wrong answer you will get -1/2 ..

PartB shall contain 60 questions carrying 3 marks each for every correct response and -1 for every wrong answer..

The question papers for the past 5 years of the exam shall be available on the cash counter for Rs 80/- till 29th April,2012

If you want to get it by post then it would cost you Rs 180/-

You can avail it by writing to the Section Officer (Admissions), Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi - 110067 along with a bank draft of Rs 180/- and a paper clearly mentioning "M.Sc. Biotechnology Previous Year Papers" before 11th April,2012..
