Am I eligible to apply for LLB course? I am 36 years old

I am 36 years old. I would like to know whether i am eligible to apply for regular LLB course. I fall in general category. Is there any institution in kerala providing part time LLB course?

I m 40 years old and compeleted my graduation in 2012 from delhi university (correspondance). Am I eligible for LLB either full time or part-time from delhi university. If yes, tell me the procedure for admission and fee structure................VIVEKANAND KOLI- DELHI
