The question is very weird. You can only have a grandchild if on the first place you give birth to a child and he/she gets married. On the contrary it also depends whether your son/daughter desire to get a child or not.

Till date science has not discovered any such means by which you can get grandson or granddaughter, according to your own wish.

Whatever it is, a girl or a boy we should accept it as a grace and a wonderful gift from the almighty.
