if you want to go for further study on study visa then yo have to apply for specific procedure including completion of your visa eligibility
you also have to clear IELTS for this
also
if you want to settle there in us on work permit then you have to gain the experiance of a year or two years according to immigration rules

now according to new rules the streams which were closed are now open
so all the best , now the things are more easy then earlier
