The required percentage of Marks to be eligible for the MCA Common Entrance Test, conducted by the National Institutes of Technology is as follows:

Graduation- 55%
Higher Secondary- 60%
Must have studied Maths in the Higher Secondary level or in the Bachelors Degree Program.

Here I have provided all the details regarding M.C.A. C.E.T. :

C.E.T. - Common Entrance Test

Eligible Criteria :

1. Educational Qualification :

Minimum 12th pass candidate with English and P.C.M. (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) from any recognized board having at least 60% and have to passed graduation at least 55% marks are eligible for this.

Generally in the month of February(last week) or in the first week of March and the result is published in the month of May.

I got 54% in 12th and now i am in BCA final year at present in bca my marks average is 64%, am i eligible for mca in NIMCET?

I didn't study maths in 12th so am i eligible for nimcet 2104 MCA

NIMCET stands for NIT MCA Common Entrance Test. This Entrance Exam is being conducted once in a year to give admission for MCA course in various NITs across India.

Here is the eligibility criteria that is required for the candidates to apply for this Entrance Exam.

One should have scored a minimum of 60% of marks in Graduation.

Relaxation in percentage of marks upto 5% for the candidates of SC or ST category.

You should be having Mathematics either at 10+2 level or at Graduation level.

For this academic year, the notification for NIMCET has already been released.

You can apply for this Exam till the 10th April of this month.

Candidates who are pursuing final year of Graduation can also apply for this Exam.

You did not mention your percentage of marks in your BCA course. If you possess the above mentioned criteria, you can apply for NIMCET Exam of this academic year.
