According to NEET entrence exam information Brochure Minimum Cutoff marks and qualifying marks will be as are follows:-

For general Category candidates:

It will be mandatory to obtain the minimum passing 50% for Qualifying NEET entrance exam for admission to MBBS / BDS for a particular academic session.

For SC/ST / OBC category candidates:

Minimum cutoff marks for qualifying the NEET UG will be 40 %.
PWD / locomotory disability of lower limbs : Minimum passing marks will be ; 45%

What will be Percentile | how they decide the Percentile
The percentile shall be determined on the basis of highest marks secured in the All India common merit list in NEET 2013.

If seats will be vacant due to lack of enough qualified candidates then MCI / DCi central government may decrease the Minimum passing marks.

Well we will predict about expected rank on particular marks after the conducting of NEET examination 2013. a rank predictor data base will be available here after 5 may 2013 . by using that rank predictor you can check your expected rank on a particular marks.
