for your kind information, there is no free seat will be offered if you secure good marks in NEET exam. i will give you a thorough explanation about NEET

NEET stands for National-Eligibility-Cum-Entrance-Test.

*) this exam is conducted by ministry of human resource development, govt. of india and medical council of india.
*) it is the single entrance exam which is conducted for all medical aspirants of india.

*) there are 31,000 colleges are under NEET exam.

**) this is the exam to enter the medical colleges.

there are two ranks which are provided by NEET exam. they are:

*) national rank: it is for admission in other state colleges.
*) state rank: it is for admission in candidate's respective state colleges.

Sir,it's finally a big relief that 15% All India eligible candidates got their counselling letters.. what about the ones who haven't got the letter so far? How long is this thing gonna take to clarify us with our MBBS Medical seats?! And updates say that this year 5000 no of seats are to be increased,is it true regarding the fact concerned to fulfill the shortage of doctors??

NEET Exam Eligibility Criteria:-

The full form of NEET is National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. NEET has basically came as a replacement for AIPMT. By giving this exam you can pursue both UG and PG medical courses.

For giving NEET you need to pass higher secondary exam or its equivalent of a recognized board. Since this exam is for the science students therefore you need to have physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology along with english at 10+2 level.

It is important to secure 50% of marks in physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology taken together. You also have to pass separately in physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology. Pass marks needs to be guaranteed in English too.

This exam can also be given by the final year students. If you are about to sit for their qualifying exam or waiting for the results to come out you can also sit for this exam then.

Your age should not be lower than 17 years when applying for this exam. There is relaxation for the reserved category candidates.

Two ranks will be given to you. One is the All India Rank and with the help of that you can seek admission in any college all over India. Then there will be a state rank as well with which you can seek admission in the colleges of your state.

For the exam give stress on the following areas:-

1. Physics- 45 Questions
2. Chemistry- 45 Questions
3. Botany- 45 Questions
4. Zoology- 45 Questions

You need to get at least 50 percentile in the NEET written exam to qualify.

Tough paper:50 -60%
Easy paper :around 75%
