You have not specifies which university you want to study in.

General eligibility for MA English -

Graduation in English from a UGC approved college.

There is no percentage criteria for MA.

Every university has a cut off list and every college admits students on the basis of merit.

So, whichever university you want to get admission in, check the website of that university.

You will get the minimum percentage or cut off list.
