MBA stands for Master in Business Adminimstration .

One can join MBA course through entrance exams like CAT,MAT,XAT,SNAP,IBSAT .

The eligibility criteria for getting admission in MBA degree are as under :-

-The candidate must have passed graduation degree with at least 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks from a recognized university .

-The candidate who are appearing in the final year of their degree course can also apply for the exam .

-There is no restriction on upper age limit to apply for the MBA degree .

MBA stands for Masters in Business Administration. This is a post graduation degree. So no matter what specialization subject you go on to choose later, the basic eligibility criteria to pursue MBA remains the same- which is a bachelor's degree in any discipline of your choice.

One of the greatest advantage of this course is that this course is open to one and all as the subject at graduation is not given too much of consideration. In fact a mere 50% of marks in aggregate at graduation level is more than enough to apply for various MBA entrance examination which is conducted all over India.

Even if you dont have 50% or more marks at graduation level, you can still apply for this course as there are many entrance exams which only asks for a bachelor's degree and does not puts too much of importance on the marks attained like MAT or IIFT.

Here is the eligibility criteria of the top MBA exams for you in a glance:-

CAT:- For this examination you need at least 50% of marks in aggregate at graduation level. However for the reserved category candidates there is five percentage relaxation. There is no age limit as such and this exam can also be given in the final year of your college. Its an online exam which is conducted around November.

MAT:- For this examination you just need a graduation degree. The marks is of little importance as mentioned above. Unlike CAT, this exam is conducted by AIMA for four times every year. Just like CAT, this exam can also be given in the final year of your college.
