Wt rank to get seat in VIT.......could u please tell me how much rank is required

This year the cut-off rank is 20,000. However, to get admission in your desired branch, the cut off rank will vary considerably(for example, for CS it is under 8000)
if your rank is above 20,000 and you are willing to join VIT, you may do so by getting a seat under the management quota. All the best!

how to get admission under management quota

Admission in the management quota will depend on the number of seats remaining and the rank you have obtained in the VITEEE 2012 exam. If you have a good rank, say under 30000, you stand a better chance of getting a seat than a person who has say 30000-40000 rank or above.

You will have to contact the university directly in this regard..probably after the first phase of counselling ends on 19th may 2012.

The basis of admission in VIT university is through the rank obtained in the VITEEE exam only. Since the first phase of counselling is already over, I am presuming that you were not called for the same.

There are no seats in VIT university through AIEEE.Most private universities such as VIT,SRM,Manipal have their own entrance exam on the basis of which admission procedure is carried out.

If you are keen on joining VIT, you should consider joining through the management quota(donation).

I get rank 125441 did i take part in counselling

I had got 14k rank in VitEEE and my Aieee AIR is 27K.I was not able to attend counceling due to bits and rpet exam(rajasthan).So can I get admission now?

Hi friend
No, you cannot take admission in VIT University now as the admission process was over by mid june itself and the classes have already begun from 5th July.
However the BITS admission procedure is on so if you have obtained a good score(270+) you can get a seat in BITS Goa or Hyderabad in one of the MSc. courses atleast.

My Percentage is not so good & i cleared my 12th from CBSE in 2012 . can i also apply for VIT. my PCM percentage is 48% ? i also Given Improvement exam in PCM but my PHYSICS paper was not so good .can any hope left for me to get Admission in VIT 2013?

Dear student, sorry to inform you but the branches available will be only biotechnology and bio-medical engineering, so not to waste time in PHASE-2 counseling and prepare for other exam like BITS!

You will get any branch in vit.Generally below 5000 rank,very few students will attend counciling.
