TIPS TO PREPARE FOR PO INTERVIEW AND GD

There is no special preparation needed if you can be good 2 important things which as follows...


-> CONFIDENCE

-> GOOD COMMUNICATION


-> Confidence in the sense to be bold and not be nervous when you are in the GD and in the interview... just make a valid point whenever you get the right time confidently in GD as well as in interview...

-> Good communication which means you must be free in conveying the language which only comes when you practice it in day today life...

-> If these 2 things are there then for sure you can clear the round easily...

-> I have attached some of the materials like GD tips, interview preparation e-book and so on for your reference which might help you for your preparation...

-> There are many books available in the market which helps you to prepare good for these GD and interview rounds...

Preparation for Bank PO Exams

Interview:-

for clearing any interview..you should have these things in you for sure :-

1)Confidence :- with the way you talk and how confidently you speak on the topics they ask..you make a good impression on the interviewer within a matter of few minutes..

2)Communication Skills :- you should have fluent english and should use grammatically correct sentences..then you will be able to make a good impression..

3)Group Discussion :- for doing well in a GD..you should be a good and a patient listener while in a GD..you have to maintain your cool and should never directly contradict anyone's statement..
rather you should say "i know my friend and i agree with what you say but don't you think..if we see this thing from this point of view..it would be beneficial.." then state you point..

There is no special preparation needed for the interviews. For practice you should speak english in your home and with your friends. This will leads to the good communication.

In GD they will ask about the current affrairs. For that reading of news paper is enough.

To prepare for PO interview, you have to good in soft skills..

You have to build some key factors in you to crack the interview..

Key factors are :-

1.Personality
2.Attitude
3.presence of mind
4.Speaking english
5.Body language.

To crack the interview you have to face two sessions..

1.Technical interview- They will ask technical questions from technical papers.

2.HR session- They will ask you questions about yourself..

So, get prepare to crack the interview..

In GD session they will give you a topic , and you have to discuss about that topic with other friends..

For that you must have knowledge about that topic.
To gather general knowledge you have to read newspapers.

So, go for it..
