SBI Clerk Exam Details:

~To give the SBI Clerk Exam you need to be a higher secondary passed out with not less than 60 percent of marks at 10+2 level.

~You can also opt for diploma degree after class 10 board exam and get a regular diploma degree with the same percentage of marks as mentioned above. It should not be done in correspondence.

~You can also complete your graduation in any discipline from a recognized university and then apply for this exam. In that case you just need to guarantee the pass marks.

~The minimum age limit for giving this exam is 28 years. The upper age limit for general category candidates is 28 years.

~There is age relaxation for the reserved category candidates. For SC/ST candidates there is 5 years age relaxation and for OBC candidates it is 3 years.

~The selection procedure for this exam basically includes: 1) Written exam and 2) Personal Interview.

~For the written exam you will get mainly objective questions of class 11 and 12 standard and if you are quite well versed with that then you will face little problems when answering any one of them.

Exam Pattern:

~There will be five papers all in all of 40 marks each and you need to get a minimum qualifying marks to make it to the next round. There is 5% percentage relaxation for the reserved category candidates.

~Final selection is done by considering both the marks of written exam and personal interview. At the most 3 people will be called for a single vacant post.
