How to prepare for the tancet exam? I wish to join in Anna univ, chennai. Is any material available. Pls tell the information.

dear friend, just prepared according to your syllabus, just clear your basics because The Question Paper will have 100 objective type questions. Each question will be followed by four alternate answers..........While evaluating the answers, one mark is awarded for each correct answer and 1/3 mark is deducted for each wrong answer............

Thanks for ur reply. Actually my friend wants to do M.E(CSE). He wants the Tancet book,whether the book is available or not? Thn now, the tancet question paper is also included the aptitude. If join in annauniv-chennai, thn how to prepare for it? My question is, prepare by our own, or any coaching centers helps for preparation. Pls tell me ur suggestion.

if you work hard you will surely get in to the anna university

well there is not much time left with you so i suggest you to solve as many sample papers you can solve you can even solve some last year papers. by doing this you will get an idea about the pattern of paper and the time require you for the exam.

friend, tancet exam have negative marks so at the exam time you answer the question with 100 percentage accuracy. you use book 'quicker maths' written by m.tyra for quantitative aptitude. It give short cut methods and very useful for you. All the best

actually preparation for any exam remains the same. There is no special technique. But yeah practice more and more of AIEEE level problems. So that you can answer any problem from TANCET.

and also try to get hold of some past year papers of TANCET from your friends or teachers.

for mtech admission you have to prepare in the similar manner os gate,there is negetive marking so you have to be very careful,
be confident and strong in basics

as we all know that this exam is very tough and if you want to crack it then you have to work really very hard............you can solve some previous year sample papers for a much better preparation as it provide you an rough idea about the question paper pattern.....you can prefer some book for this exam published by some famous publishers....

For preparation of tancet exam;
First you go through the syllabus,then for deep study of subject
go through the text book;after that go through the previous year
question paper for testing your preparation.

there is some technique is as following.
time management,practice.cover whole syllabus,i suggest you to solve as many sample papers you can solve you can even solve some last year papers. by doing this you will get an idea about the pattern of paper and the time require you for the exam.

for the syllabus it is very easy you just have to work hard on these .
the question paper will consists of two sections .
section A comprise of 40 marks
Section B comprise of 60 marks.
syllabus is corresponding to your engg syllabus
