Candidates having master’s degree in Nursing are usually considered for Lecturer positions. In reputed institutions candidates having one year experience are preferred. Based on work experience, salary package offered may differ. Selection will be done on the based in written test/Interview. After gaining 8-10 years experience, you will be promoted to the post of Principal or other equivalent designations.
