Which are the papers that an E.C.E student referred for preparing tta exam.

In BSNL TTA exam there are two sections, one is of Aptitude part & other is of technical section.

For Aptitude paper, you have to prepare for Logical and verbal reasoning, quantitative analysis etc.

& for technical section you have to follow the syllabus of your B.Tech course, generally GATE syllabus is followed for TTA exam.

3.Specialisation - 500 marks

TTA in BSNL is basically a post for diploma holders not engineers, but if you are interested in it then I am providing its syllabus:
Paper-I: Comprehension and understanding of General English(simple exercises)
Paper-II: Applied Mathematics, Applied Physics, Basic Electricity, Electronic Devices and Circuits &
Digital Techniques.
Paper-III: Any two from “a” to “g” (a)Electrical, (b) Communication,(c) Network, Filters and Transmission Lines, (d) Instruments and Measurements, (e)Control Systems, (f) Microprocessors and (g) Computers.

TTA exam is conducted according to circle or zone most of the time, so be in touch with your nearest circle.

to prepare for the TTA examination first go through the syllabus and then go through previous years question papers. from there make an idea. what is your position and what you have to improve to make a good position in TTA examination. from the syllabus choose the easier portion to you. first revise that portion.

after that try to read the other portion. before examination complete almost whole syllabus. you may leave few topic but try to study all the syllabus.

in TTA examination there is aptitude and technical question. i will suggest to be strong in aptitude. because now everywhere is aptitude. you must be strong enough in aptitude to clear any examination. even in this examination if you can do well in aptitude portion then it will be more easy for you to secure a good position. so practice aptitude too much from a very good book to be strong in aptitude.

but give much time in technical portion also. always remember question only come from the basic knowledge of the subject. so whatever you will read try to clear the basic part. then only you will able to do good in the examination.

Hiiiiii there is nothing like branch wise salary expectancy it purely depends on company you are working....and there are many other things but i think good one is to join trough AIEEE colleges because they will give placement as required to your expectant.If not get some experience in at least any of your interest field..definitely you will reach your goal....

For the BSNL exams you should be first of all be thorough with the knowlege of you engineering subjects. For other sections like aptitude, reasoning etc you can read RS Agarwal. One BSNL JTo book is also available in the market every year . GO Forthat.. It will surely help you..

BSNL DECIDES exam qualifying mark according to see results of individual then they call of students for final interview.........

TTA exam is conducted by the BSNL the examination is not scheduled every years it is done once in 2 or 3 years .

The eligibility criteria for the examination is ::

You must have passed 3 years diploma or 4 year engineering degree in any of the streams below :

Telecommunications Engineering
Electronics Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Radio Engineering
Computer Engineering
Instruments Technology
Information Technology

OR

You must have passed the M.Sc. (Electronics) from a recognized college .

How to prepare for the exam ::

1.Since the examination is for the government jobs in the BSNL which is considered to be a very good company so you need to work very hard to prepare for its exam

2.The examination is done in three phases which includes written exam,GD and the interview .You should prepare for each round individually

3.Make a proper schedule and study at least 4 to 5 hours in a day .

4.Solve previous year questions papers this will help you to understand the pattern for the examination .

5.In interview there might be technical interview some times so be fully prepare for it .
