Admission in b.tech in any stream depends upon the rank you hold in the entrance exam. like if i want to get admitted to a govt. college then i must score good and hold the rank in between 1 to 2000 so that i can get a good college of my choice. Yes, ofcourse you can get admitted to b.tech in CIVIL engineering by the help of entrance exam rank. hoping for your best future...
