You are good in Maths and Science so you have three option:-
> Physics, chemistry and Maths
> Physics, Chemistry and Biology
> Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Maths

After passing 12th with science stream you have many option like:-
> Doctor
> Engineer
> Agriculture
> Defence Services
> Nursing
> Biotechnology
> Architecture
etc

As you said, you are good in Science and Maths. When you are talking about group then there are two groups :
1. PCMB
2. PCM

If you think about Engineering and Medical field :
-- If you select PCMB group then you have two options either you can go for medical
or engineering
-- but when you select PCM group then you have only option of Engineering

And also you have so many other options like B.Sc, B.Com. etc

every student has confused about career after 10th. I also faced same problem related with career path. You are a CBSE Student and you are good in Science and Mathematics. So, undoubtedly, you should opt for Science stream.
After opting for Science stream, there are many scopes for your career in future.
If you get good CGPA, you can get admission to good schools which will further guide you to further courses in your stream.

After opting for Science stream, you can do engineering courses after passing 12th if you opt for subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
And if you opt for Physics , Chemistry and Biology, you can do Medical courses.

For your better preparation, you can also join reputed coaching institutes of your city which will guide you to crack many entrance exams.

For your betterment, you can join coaching institutes after passing 10th only for two years preparation because entrance exams like IIT-JEE are quite tough and needs hard work and preparation. After passing these Entrance exams you can get admission to high reputed IIT colleges.

Dear Friend,
Based on the marks go for M.P.C Group.

In M.P.C group mainly 3 subjects mainly i.e Maths , Physics,Chemistry and there is a lot of scope in MPC scope in future.Get good marks in Intermediate ,because some colleges may ask Intermediate percentage also for further studies.
Write IIT and AIEEE , EAMCET exams ,based on your marks you will get good college for Engineering.

i am suggesting you the MPC ,it depends on your interest,You may take Bi.P.C also which is also good in future.After Bi.P.C you can go for Medicine in various areas like Radiography, MBBS,B.Pahrmacy like that
