How to take admission in B.Tech through lateral entry after completing diploma in digital electronics? Can I change my trade(Civil Engineering)


I have copleted diploma in digital electronics ,now i am take admission in b-tech by latera entry ,can i change trade (civil engineering), my agreegate % is 70

after completion of dip. mechanical engg. can i get admission for b tech civil engineering, either lateral or start from first year.. plz guide me well

I have completed my diploma in digital electronics now i am take admission in b.tech by lateral entry so can i change my trade in(mechanical engineering)my percentage is 71
