How to take admission in direct IInd year after passing diploma electrical engineering? How to participate in CAP round


i have passed diploma electrical engg. in 2011 and take admission in direct II year in 2011-12

now i want to participate in cap round for change college. which document enclosed to cap round for leaving certificate i have clear II year and take admission for III year engg.
