today i passed 12th sci with 51 marks in pcm then i have take admission in chennai for gp rating course then can you tell me can i become officer in merchant navy?

As new rule is formed i.e.guranted job rule. Guranted job rule is only for the government of India approved Institute. Take admission in government of india or director general of shipping india approved Institute .all the Institute take the gp entrance exam.
