I have passed XII exam in arts stream with 60% X exam onwards 45%

hai dear..
The eligibility criteria for joining GP rating are
ELIGIBILITY
PASS IN 10th Std with Total Average 40% marks.
(With Individual Pass in Mathematics, Science Subjects). or

40% Marks in English Subject is required either in 10th or 12th
Standard (or) Any Degree / Diploma Course.

AGE LIMIT
Min. 17years 6 months - 25 yrs (maximum)

i have no qualification in math and science because in my 10th and 12th standered i took up arts and now i want to go for Merchant Navy corse so is it possible for me?
