sir, Ive lost my photocopy of AIPMT application form.
and now i am unable to verify whether it has been reached or not.
the application form no. was written on form only

application form status. Because to check your application status you have
to enter your application form number only then you can obtain your application
form status.

So you have to wait for your admit card now. It would be better to contact to the

Ive lost my photocopy of AIPMT application form.and now i am unable to verify whether it has been reached or not.

*Well, as you have lost your photocopy of Application Form, I think application number can be get from your prospectus.

*Usually Prospectus do have Application Form number Printed on the first page Or cover page of the AIPMT prospectus.

*If you don't find anything there, You can't do anything rather waiting for your Admit card to come.

*Admit card must be get before Or on 20th of March. Failing to get admit card before this date you have to ask to your AIPMT concerned authority.

*Note:-candidate should contact the Board between 21-03-2011 to 29-03-2011 only

I dont think even the authority can help you in this matter,cause there will be thousands who applied and atleast hundred with your name,and obviosly they cant go through every one's and find your's..you might not be able to see your form status....my advise to you is just sit back hope that application form has reached them and wait for admit card which will sent by post.
In the mean time apply for other medical exams.

AIPMT has sent study materials information to the students whomformthey have received .so if the study material information has been sent to you means your fore has reached to them
