How to write IBPS 2016 exam? Which books to refer?


I am 2nd year bsc student in karkala sbc college i want to attend bank clerical ibps 2016 exam so tell me that how to write it and which book to refer for the same?

Before attending IBPS exam you should have enough knowledge about this exam.
Some of the relevant information are as below :

Exam patterns For IBPS-2016 :

(1) Reasoning 50 50
(2) English Language 50 50
(3) Numerical Ability 50 50 150min
(4) General Awareness with special reference to the Banking Industry 50 50
(5) Computer Knowledge 50 50

English Proficiency IMS India.
Quantitative Aptitude book - R.S.Agarwal

As you are doing your B.Sc in 2nd year you can take up the IBPS clerical examination in your finale year of degree or the after the completion of your degree course only during your 2nd year you can not apply for it

There are certain eligibility conditions which are available for the IBPS examination Clerical cadre selections such as
  1. Should have attained 18 years and not exceed 28 years of age limit
  2. Should have completed degree in any of the stream of study in order to appear for the clerical
  3. Should belong to the Citizen of India only

These are the eligibility criteria required for the IBPS clerical recruitment

After completion of your graduation , You can apply for IBPS Clerk. Notification is released in the month of July/August & Exam conducted in the month of November/December.

Eligibility
- You must have completed graduation in any stream from a recognized university.
- Age must be between 20 to 28 years.

You are not a graduate so this time you are not eligible to write IBPS exam. Firstly complete your graduation.

Eligibility criteria to write IBPS exam are as follows:-

Candidate must have passed their graduation with at least 50% aggregate from a recognized university.

Candidate age should not less than 21 years and not more than 30 years.

Candidate belonging to OBC and SC/ST get 2 years and 3 years relaxation respectively.

Communicative English

Arithmetic Objective for Maths

Reasoning of Bsc

Lucent for gk/gs (current affairs)

IBPS clerk exam eligibility criteria:-

Educational Qualification :- You need to have a graduate degree in any discipline of your choice from a recognized university.

Computer Knowledge :– You should have a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations or you should have studied computer as a compulsory subject at 10+2 level.

Age Limit :- The lower age limit is 20 years and the upper age limit is 28 years.

Age Relaxation:-
  • Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe: 5 years
  • Other Backward Classes: 3 years
  • Persons With Disability: 10 years

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts various exams for the recruitment of candidates for the posts like Clerk, PO, SO etc.

The selection procedure for the exam is generally Common Written exam (CWE) and Personal Interview.

The candidates who are interested to apply for the clerk exam should complete graduation or equivalent from any recognized university. The candidates age should be in the range of 20-28 years.

As you are still in second year of B.Sc, I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to appear in IBPS 2016 Examination. The basic educational qualification required to be eligible for appearing in IBPS Recruitments 2016 is "Graduate Degree" or a Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

>> In 2016 - You are 2nd year B.Sc Candidate

>> In 2017 - You are 3rd year B.Sc Candidate

As you are not meeting the required criteria, I am sorry to say that you will not be eligible. As you will be in the final year next year, I am sure you will be eligible for appearing in IBPS 2017 Clerical and PO Recruitments. Meanwhile, I suggest you to prepare for the Examination.
