KCET is also one of the exam running successfully every year.
Karnataka Examinations Authority,

start searching any friend there(in KARNATAKA ), if you don't find any then you have to go there to get your form.
because forms will be available in leading institutions and schools in karnataka.

I have found the link where you can find the details of KCET form as the details on the website was in kannada as I do not know kannada language therefore you have to check the details yourself. there is the link:-

the kcet forms are available mainly in the karnataka state ........
and for the non residents they can purchase the form by sending in the demand draft to the kcet board or they can even purchase the form from the nearby form centre.......

K-CET 2011 application forms willbe available from the second week of Feb 2011

My dear,you are not eligible for Karnataka CET as it is only open for students who are resident of Karnataka ,however there are some seats under management quota which are for the non Karnataka students,for that you can go.
