Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences was founded in the year 2009 under the Societies Registration Act- 1860. The hospital has specilaity in Liver, Pancreas and Biliary Tract. The institute is considered as a mono superspeciality hospital established by the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi. This autonomous institute has also been given the status of Deemed University by University Grants COmmission. The inauguration of the institute was done by Chief Minister of Delhi, Mrs. Shiela Dixit. The institute also provides emergency service available 24 hours.

Job Profile:

Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences is looking forward to recruit eligible Indian Nationals on the vacant positions of Senior Resident and Junior Resident. Posts of Senior Resident are available in the discipline of Neurology, Hepatology, Surgical Hepatology, Pulmonary Meicine, Pathology, Oncology, Renal Transplant, Naphrology, Transfusion Medicien and Clinical Genetics.

Eligibility:

All interested candidates must strictly follow the prescribed age limir or else they will not considered eligible for applying for any of the two specified posts i.e. Senior Resident and Junior Resident in Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences.

For the post of Senior Resident: The maximum age limit set for the post is 40 years.
For the post of Junior Resident: The maximum age limit set for the post is 40 years i.e. candidates should have age less or below than 40 years for being eligible for applying.

Educational Qualification:

Interested candidates must hold a post graduate degree in the concerned speciality from a recognized university for being eligible for applying for any of the two specified posts in Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences. Candidates with qualification less than the prscribed one, will not be considered eligible for applying in Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences for the posts of Senior Resident and Junior Resident.

Pay Scale:

Senior Resident: Consolidated salary of Rs. 58305 per month.
Junior Resident: Consolidated salary of Rs. 42386 per month.

Rs. 500 (non refundable) is need to be submitted as application fee by interested candidates. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST categories are required to submit only Rs. 100 as application fee. Candidates can the application fee through Bank Draft or through online payment mode. Candidates must write their name and name of the post applied, for on the backside of the bank draft.
