i have forgot to send the attested copies of my date of brith with my iit jee application form what can i do now?
plz tell me

contact the concerned iit or you can send it in separate envelope by writing your application number on top of it,better contact the iit first

You need not to worry because you can call on011-26581064 or can go to http ://jee.iitd.ac.in ok
the other solution is that the confirmation card or acknowledgement should be with you and they will send these copies so till the last date you can send fill form and send attested copies....

for date of birth verification either you can sent the passing certificate or the marks sheet....ofu havent sent any of then then u should make it in the notice of the authority and then you can sent the certificate along with a application........

well.you can contact the iit,they will guide you

It is better that you talk to the concerned staff in iit and inform them or atleast send a mail requesting them...

i think they would have send you ,through the acknowledgement card ,the last date for sending your date of birth certificate,
so all the best for your exam

then your form is liable to be rejected....just one option left....contact the main office of the iit zone where you have sent your form...

first of all i want to know,
do you send your 1oth mark-sheet along with iit jee form,if yes then do not worry that is enough for your date of birth proof.
if you have not send then it may be change of your form to be rejected,
and at this time you can not do for this,you can only wait.

hey you can send a copy of it later to the same address......but now its tooo late so if you have already send it then its ok otherwise your form will be rejected......

don,t worry, you must contact the iit authorities and ask them how you can send the attested copy or you can directly go to the iit head office where you have sent the form and give the attested copy by yourself.

HELLO DEAR,
there are no difficulti that you forgot to send date of birth proof with IIT exam form.I want to tell you i have also experiance of this mistake but do not worry you can recive your admit card easily and i hope you also sit in exam at your concerned centre.
when the exam is finished then you contact with IIT help number and you physically go to IIT and give your DOB proof. NO DIFFICULTY.Best of luck.

Don't worry about it, just go to the helpline number of IITJEE and tell them your problem. Your form will be not rejected, until they will send you an authorization latter.Otherwise, just send a mail with your application form number and send them the attested copy of "date of birth" certificate.
