Is IELTS mandatory for studying Graduate course in any country?
Is it mandatory to appear for IELTS after passing out from 12th ISC Board with more than 70% in English for admission in Graduate courses in any countries? Is it required even though not applying for European countries?

IELTS is the test to measure ability of students to read, write and speak English language. Well reputed institutes and universities always prefer a good score in IELTS or TOEFL. But many other institutes and universities accept the admission of students without IELTS or TOEFL. So, It is not compulsory, but many advantages are there.
