Yes you can expect to get IIT Guwahati this year because this year competition is not so high like last year it was very crowded and number of IIT's also increases so a fair chance of getting IIT Guwahati is here for you..
You have to apply separate application form for this..

hii, very fewer chances but try you might getas you have less candidates , and also try in NIT s you will get through , prepare well for interview, best of luck.
