GATE cutoff marks for admission in M.Tech. in Biotechnology at IIT Guwahati ?

I am a student of M.Sc Bioinformatics 4th semester.I want to do M.Tech in biotechnology from IIT Guwahati.I have appeared GATE 2011 in Biotechnology.Will it be possible for me to do M.Tech in Biotechnology and i also want to know the cutoff marks in Biotechnology in last year

Full GATE cut-off marks for the IIT's are;

MTech2010 - cut-off.pdf
you can measure from that cut-off marks.

1.very good gate score approx 98.5 percentile.

2.65% marks in Btech/M.SC.

GATE Score: 453
All India Rank: 7183

i am from obc category. please tell me, if i should apply to IITs and NITs.
Please help me.......... i am very confused

i hv got 97.4 percentile in gate 2011 biotech and my academic record is also got plz tell me whether i ll be able to get an iit ,and if not will i be able to get dce???
