Sir, I did Polytechnic Diploma after my 10th and so I have not done Intermediate. So, can I apply and write the NDA exams? Or, I can't without 11th and 12th?

You have completed 10th standard, So you are eligible for NDA exam.

The minimum educational qualification required for NDA exam is 12th standard from a recognized board.

Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19.5 years.

Yes, intermediate is compulsory for NDA examination, one should be 12th appeared or 12th passed with 60% marks.
NDA is conducted twice a year by the UPSC.
