yes some times you can get advantage if you give reference becuse the interviewer may be knowing the person whose eference you are giving

i dont think that you are going to get any advantage if you give any reference

you have to sign an bond of 5 years and if you break it you have to pay 3 lakhs

one of my friends attended the interview,
one question was asked regarding deflection of frames ,
and others were asked about technical names of the different instruments used in the field
and one question regarding water resource engineering,
its an very simple interview

generally the questions asked in these websites like freshersworld.com are of not great help during interview because most of the questions asked are from structures like drawing bending moment diagrams and all those stuff,nothing like what is it given these websites
