For being a pilot after 12 th in science is JEE and MH-CET is necessary

No, you do not need to give jee main and MH-CET for aviation. Jee Main is only for Btech, to take admission in NIT IIT or IIIT. So you do not need to give JEE Main for Aviation . You just need to have 50% and above in Maths and Physics in your +2.
