Is Karnataka CET enough for getting admission in good petroleum engineering coaching college?

I do'nt belong to Karnataka. But I got to know that there is petrolium branch in some colleges in karnataka. So how can i go through the admission as I am very interested in that branch? Please reply me as early as possible
