NO, Karnataka open university is not approve by AICTE

I have completed my diploma in civil engineering in private institute or university which is not recognized to UGC, DEC. & I want to get admission for B.Tech civil in karnataka state open university, can i get admission for that?

Karnataka State Open University was formally established on June 1, 1996 under the Karnataka State Open University Act of 1992

Karnataka State Open University is approved by UGC. Karnataka state open university( KSOU) is not approved by AICTE (All India council of technical education).
