If any university is approved by UGC , then it will not create any problem to your future for Jobs and study Purpose .So KSOU degree is valid .Don't worry about this.

KSOU stands Karnataka state open university
it is UGC(University grant commission) and DEC(distance education council) both approved.
But it is not approved by the AICTE(all india council of technical education).
Along with these approvas, this university is also the member of Asian association of open university and association of Indian universities.
It is premiere institute in distance education and degrees from there are valid everywhere.
