Karnataka State Open University AICTE UGC approved?

KSOU is a distance education university .But The Karnataka State Open University has been recognized by the following well-known organisation

1)The Distance Education Council (DEC) New Delhi,
2)Regular member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), Delhi,
3)Permanent member of Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) London UK,
4)Asian Association of Open Universities (AAOU), Beijing, China,
5)And also has association with Commonwealth of Learning (COL).

KSOU - Karnataka State open University is approved by UGC. KSOU is also approved by Distant Education Council(DEC).

But It is not approved by AICTE for all engineering courses.

l want to know that if govt employes take diploma admission in ksou will govt accept it or not pls give details

After doing b.tech from ksou ,whether i m eligible for UPSC Exam or any govt.exam or not?

Why AICTE does not give recognition to the courses offered by KSOU?

Does ksou is valid for central/state govt jobs or not ???

KSOU diploma and electrical engineering is approved by AICTE or not?

i want to pursue B.Tech Chemical (Lateral Entry) From KSOU...so is this course approved By AICTE?? if not then pls give any other reference to pursue B.Tech Chemical...
