exam attempt limit:
general candidates : 5times
obc candidates : 7 times
sc/st/other candidates : no limit
important dates:
commencement of online application: 11.11.2011
last date to apply online : 12.12.2011
last date of pay fee at bank : 13.12.2011
last date to update journal details & upload photo / sign : 14.12.2011
KAS (prelims) exam : feb 2012
KAS (main) exam : june 2012
