Your question lacks proper information. Please provide the name of the college in full. Do not use acronyms. It will not be possible to understand as there are so many colleges/university with the same acronym.

Moreover, different colleges have different dates.

but let me remind you that for a general course in M. Commerce does not require to go through entrance examination.
It depends upon the marks you have obtained in your bachelors. i.e. minimum 55% aggregate marks from any recognised Institute/College/university.
