UGC-NET December 2011 Examination

Dear Friend

The last date of applying for UGC-NET is 31 October 2011

If you are not registered yet, you must register as soon as possible before 31st October.

To apply for the exam you should visit http://www.ugcnetonline.in/.

You can download previous year question papers of NET from the same website.

The UGC NET exam is to be held on 24 December 2011 on Saturday.

Date for fee submission and date for online application submission is extended upto Oct 31, 2011.

Last date for submitting the hard copies of application to the chosen center is extended upto Nov 08, 2011.

EXAM DATE FOR NET EXAM

The NET exam date is18-12-2011 But still UGC have not published application brochure .

The application details will be published in 26th September,2011.So you have to prepare well for NET exam.

There are one declaration is announced UGC . No negative Marking in Paper-I and Paper -II exam.

Online form will available after 20 th September.

Date of Close of Online Submission: 25 Th October 2011

NET - NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY TEST conducted by UGC two times every year one in June and other in December for selection of Lectureship and award to Junior Research Fellowship(JRF).

The candidate having Post Graduation Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks from a recognised University not bellow the age of 19 years is eligible to apply for NET. There is no upper age bar for those applying for Lectureship but the candidate applying for JRF should be within the age of 28 years.

The notification for June 2012 NET exam has already been announced. The last date for application on line is 25.04.2012.

The last date of receipt of hard copy of the completed on line application form along with requisite fee and other allied documents at the test center is 02.05.2012.

The NET June 2012 exam will be held on 26.06.2012.

UGC NET Exam is conducted by UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMISSION and it is conducted two times in a year May and June.

NET stands for NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY TEST and this test is for the selection of candidates for the teachers.

The Last Date to apply for the NET exam for the May exam is 29th March and it has gone now so you should wait and apply for the next exam which will be conducted in the month of December.


THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA IS:

1)You must have completed Master’s Degree OR equivalent examination from university recognized by UGC.

2)If you are in the final year of the Master's Degree then also you are eligible for the exam.

3)IF you have done P.HD then also you are eligible.

4)You must have secured the minimum of 55% marks in Master's degree and A 5% relaxation in marks in given to the Reserved category candidates.

5)AGE CRITERIA:

5.1 For Junior Research Fellowship: You should not be more than 28 years as on 01.12.2011. 5 years of relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH/VH categories candidates and to women applicants.

5.2 Lectureship: There is no upper age limit for applying for lectureship eligibility.

The test consists of three papers and papers will be held on 24th December 2011 (SATURDAY)
the test is conducted in two sessions.

First I 100 1¼ Hours (09.30 A.M. to 10.45 A.M.)
First II 100 1¼ Hours (10.45 A.M. to 12.00 NOON)
Second III 200 2½ Hours (01.30 P.M. to 04.00 P.M.)

NET Exam Important Dates :

Now you are searching for NET stands for national eligibility test conducted by the University Grants Commission for lectureship and for award of Junior Research Fellowship teacher position. So for this the UGC is announced the notification every year 2 times, apart from JUNE section will be oven and dates are given bellow..

• Application Submission End Date : April. 30, 2012
• Last date :May 07, 2012
• Examination Date:June 24, 2012

So according to above mention information the exam will be completed on recently june 24th 2012. You don't worry you can apply NEXT time...

Hai,

UGC-NET exam was conducted two times in every year i.e in the month of june and december every year.

Last date for applying online is 30-04-2012,

The examination was held on 24-06-2012.

This year june exam was already over so you can wait for next notification i.e in the month of december.


Eligibility criteria:-

The candidate should be complete Master's graduation in any stream with 55% marks from a recognised university.

5% of marks relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

The candidates must be a citizen of india.


Age criteria:-

For Junior Research Fellowship the maximum age limit is 28 years, there is a upper age relaxation of 5 years for OBC/SC/ST candidates.

For Lectureship there is no maximum age limit to appear this exam. So you can appear this exam at any age.
