UP PSC will conduct examinations every year based on the number of vacancies in each sector.UP PSc has invited applications for Short service commissioned officers.But since the date of submission of applications are already over hence you need to wait for the next notification to be released by the board.

the exam of UP PSC will be notify in the16th feb and last date is 21st march.
so you will be complete your form and send it to the Up-psc department.

The last date to apply for UP PSC examination 2011 will be over as it was 28th january 2011.
So you have to wait for next year. The form will be issued in the month of December.

In newspaper it appeared that the last date for up pcs form has been extended to 7th February 2011. Is it right?

1. Application forms will be available = March 15, 2011.

2. Last date for submission of completed application forms = March 31, 2010.

When you are applying in the online the applications can be filled up to 21st March, 2011 till 11.59 p.m.

When you are applying by the normal form available in the post office or publish in Employment newspaper, must reach the controller of examinations, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahajahan road, New Delhi-110069 either by hand or by post/speed post or by courier on or before the 21st March, 2011

However, in respect of candidates residing abroad or in certain remote localities specified in the notice the last date for receipt of applications by post/speed post only (not by hand or by courier) is 28th March, 2011

It would be very hard to make decisions when you had so many choices to make as could be seen from earlier aberrations regarding just the application submission date which indeed should not be very difficult.It makes me arguing with myself to conclude that majority of humans delve into heard things or look for some sources which itself does not give correct information.
This droves me to say "The very basic thing in life does not have the vital elements of simplicity and human race is getting deeper and deeper into the web of complextiy".
If we could understand this thing then we are going to become good bureaucrats.

Sorry to say but after expiry of last date you can not apply in any way wheather online or offline.
