NDA Stands for National Defense Academy and the examination was conducted by UPSC Twice in a year, NDA (I) and NDA (II).

>> For This year NDA (I) Examination was already completed But NDA (II) Examination was going to be held soon in this month i.e on 21/Aug/2011.

>> The last date of apply for NDA Examination for 2011 was already Over, So you have missed the chance in this year, But if you are Interested in NDA Examination then you are eligible to apply for NDA Examination Next Year.

To apply for NDA Examination, Your age should between 16.5 to 19 years and you must have completed your 12Th examination form a recognised Board.

>> The Schedule for NDA (I) Examination 2012 was already Updated in the UPSC website, the notification was Going to be Published soon in the month of December 2011 and the last date of apply for this examination was 30/Jan/2012.

The Notification was Published in the employment newspaper OR in the UPSC Official website, eligible candidates may fill the online application form directly form the UPSC website, So please wait for few Months and then apply for UPSC NDA (I) Examination.

The N.D.A Examination consist of various like Air force,Army wings and Navy wings.

The examination are held in April and August.

N.D.A I Examination dates :-

Date of Notification : 31/12/11

Last date for receipt of application : 30/01/11

Date of examination : 15/04/11

The application forms are available in Online and Offline.

N.D.A eligibility criteria :-

The candidate must have attained 16 1/2 years and must have not attained 19 years at the time of appearing and unmarried male candidates are eligible.

The candidate must have a completed 12th from a recognize board or equivalent qualification.
