GATE exam is conducted by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). If you want to get previous year paper of GATE for EEE then please see the website :

Gate every year conducts exams with different streams, Like Electrical, ECE etc.

Come to your point for papers.
Only papers won't help you much, you need to boost your Internal topics like if you are in ECE branch then Control system is a basic subject in which you have to enhance your knowledge,for this you should join some reputed institute for coaching.

But I know the syllabus of GATE for EEE are as follows: -

5. Electrical Measurement & Measuring Instruments
6. Digital Electronics
7. Microprocessor & Microcontroller
8. Advanced Electronics
9. Power & Protection
10. HVDC & LVDC

gate conducts exam every year once .gate exam for this season is over you can try for next year .gate exam marks valid for 2 year maximum .and there is no age limit.

gate exam is conducted once a year for m.tech course .

i am attaching the previous year question papers so prepare well .

for cracking the gate exam you should join gate forum this will help you a lot.
