There is no college which offers LLB through distance education. You can study law course through correspondence or distance education but it won't be LLB.

The Bar Council of India do not allow any college to offer LLB course through correspondence. Which is why anyone who wants to complete LLB has to pursue it through regular mode.

While distance education do have Law course, unfortunately it is not recognized by the Bar Council of India. Only LLB course pursued through regular mode is acceptable to the Bar Council of India.

Any other course is not accepted therefore you will not be able to practice in court. So my advice is that you should apply for LLB only through regular mode. It is very important these days that the candidate should have 80 percent attendence.


Eligibility

1. Qualification: Any bachelor degree is accepted.

2. Percentage: 45 percent is minimum requirement.

3. Percentage (SC/ST): You should have 40 percent marks.

4. Age Limit: 30 years is upper age limit.

5. Age Limit (SC/ST): Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years.

The Bar Council of India not giving the licence for Distance education for LLB in India.

So you can do only regular.
