there are a lots of colleges in india offering M.TECH programme.for mational level colleges you are required to give GATE exam,however admission in M.TECH programme is given by admission through GATE or in some case stare level colleges conducts their own entrance exams to give admission in M.TECH through Distance learning programme

distance learning programme is geneally conducted for the students who are unable to join the regular programme

I have passed b tech Mechanical in 2012,and i could not qualify the gate exam 2012.can i get a admission in open university like ignou.
