Is a 12th passed candidate from Telugu medium, eligible to take NDA entrance exam?


If the candidate has done his 12 th standard education in Telugu language as the medium of education, then is he eligible to take NDA entrance exam?

Dear friend you can appear but you should be good at writing in English or Hindi, examination procedure is will be in Hindi or English

Nice to see you that you are interested in NDA (National Defence Academy). Yes, a 12th pass candidate can apply for NDA but following eligibility criteria must be required.
1. The candidate must have passed 12th class examination or any equivalent examination in aggregate with physics, chemistry, maths.
2. The age limit is 16.5 to 19.5 years.
3. The candidate must be an Indian.

Of course neha,,

it doesn't matter that what medium you are from.... According to the rules of u.p.s.c. You should be a running student in class 12th or a 12th class pass out student... And also according to new rules your age should be between 16.5 to 18..,.

So don't worry and just prepare hard because requirments of n.d.a. Is so hard....

ya why not!you should only maintain your english language ferfectly
theory exam for your subject,
then physial,
and small interview.u must focoused on physical exam

NDA (National Defence Academy) conducted by UPSC twice in a year
Criteria for eligibility (NDA) is given below :-
Student must be 12th passed or any equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% marks.
The age limit is (16.5 - 19.5) years.

Dear Neha,

The Union Public Service Commission [UPSC] conducts the NDA Exam for the selection of candidates in the Indian Defense in the following wings :

* Indian Army

* Indian Navy

* Indian Air Force


The NDA Exam requires the following qualifications from the candidates :


** Educational Qualifications **

a) 12th with PCM from any recognized board.

b) Candidates need not to worry about percentage as there is no minimum percentage bar.

c) Candidates appearing in 12th standard are also eligible to appear in the NDA Exam.

** Age Limitations **

a) Your age should lie in between 16.5-19 years.

b) There is no age relaxation given by the UPSC no matter the candidates belong to any category

** Nationality **

The candidate must be an Indian.

** Physical Standards **

The abbreviation of NDA is National Defence Academy.



Union Public Service Commission organizes NDA exam every year in April and August months for Indian Army, Inian Navy and Indian Air Force wings.

The scheme of selection for NDA exam is below mentioned:-

* Written exam.

* Interview.

* Medical test.

The educational qualifications regarding with NDA exam are below mentioned:-

* Opponents must be finished 12th from any approved board.

* The age of opponents must be lie in between 16.5-19 years.

* Opponents must be an unmarried male.

* Opponents must have an Indian citizenship.

* Opponents must be fit.
