MY ALL INDIA RANKING IS 16249. THE MARKS OBTAINED BY ME IS 147. CAN I GET ADMISSION TO OTHER INSTITUTE ON THE BASIS OF THIS IIT RANKING OR OTHERWISE ? IF YES THEN PLEASE SUGGEST THE NAME OF INSTITUTION.
