I want to know the list of documents required to submit for Domicile Certificate of Madhya Pradesh. What is the Format of Application and Affidavit to be made for this certificate.

I am having domicile of madhaya pradesh, working in transferable central govt. department, whether my daughter will be eligible to appear in the MP PET and get a seat in engineering collage.

i am staying here (maharashtra ) from last 24 year and i am 24 years old, but i was born in mp bhopal's hospital so i get birth certificate of mp but. my father born in maharashtra since he born my father and mother both have election card, ration card, adhar card, electric bill, land property and all the resinencial proof of maharashtra can i get maharashtra domicile certificate plzzzzz help me. imran replay/ call 08975528932,9850027911.

Namaste Sir, Me and my husband were born and educated in MP only .We are MP domicile but we don't have any property in MP.Since my husband is working in Central Govt PSU, my daughter did her 10th and 12th classes in Dehradun (Uttarakhand ).My property is also in Dehradun since my husband was posted in Dehradun for 13 yrs.May I get Domicile certificate of Madhya Pradesh for her as she was born in Indore (MP).and her nana was a MP Govt Employee.kindly give me reply as soon as possible .

Following are documents required to submit the domicile certificate of Madhya Pardesh:

Any Identity Proof such as Vote card, DL, Pan card etc.

Aadhar Card

Electricity Bill

Ration Card

Property Bill

Birth Certificate

*Proof that you have been resident of the state for minimum period that is specified by the state.
*Proof that you are an owner of land in that state
*Valid identification proof
*School certificates

yes you can get certificate, contact nearest tehsil karalaya or assk. You are eligible.
