they are:

The foreign universities bill was approved by the union Cabinet in March ,2010.....

Yes, there are 6 foreign universities in India working directly or in collaboration with India universities.

In 2010 the government of India passed a Bill according to which foreign universities are allowed to operate in India.

According tp the Bill these foreign universities will be treated as private institutions in India as others and will enjoy the same rights. The universities can set their own fees and college regulation.

Which London Universuty is operating at PANIPAT, PUNJAB, INDIA. What is its standing? Are the courses offered by it recognized by Govt.

tell me the procedure to do ph.d in foriegn university..and also tell me the university..

When you go to foreign university in India, don't forget ask a copy of recognition letter of UGC, if they say they are recognized. Any thing ask letter first. Later it is impossible to get. What people said is not the truth!
